KVKK personal data notice (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698)

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we provide the following information in our capacity as data controller.

Data controller

Data processed and purposes

• Support payment: name, surname, e-mail, payment amount and date; to issue the invoice, to handle refund requests and to meet obligations under tax legislation. Card details remain with the payment institution and are not passed on to the data controller.
• Visit statistics: page address, time spent on the page, browser language, screen type, name of the referring site and a random session number that is deleted when the tab is closed; to improve the site. These data cannot be used to identify you; the IP address is not stored and no cookies are used. Kept for 13 months.
• Feedback: the text you send, your optional e-mail address and page information; to solve the problem and to reply to you.
• Contact: when you write by e-mail, your e-mail address and your message; to reply to you.

Legal grounds

KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) establishment and performance of a contract, (ç) fulfilment of a legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest.

Transfer

The data may be transferred to the payment institution iyzico for the payment transaction, to the e-Arşiv service provider and the financial advisor (mali müşavir) for the invoice, and to the competent public authorities where required by law. They are not shared with or sold to any other third party.

Retention period

Invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by tax legislation (generally 10 years); feedback and e-mails are kept for at most 2 years after the matter has been resolved.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data are processed, to request information, to request their correction or deletion, to learn the persons to whom they have been transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damage. You can send your applications to info@tolya.com.tr with the subject “KVKK başvurusu” (KVKK application); they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
