Privacy policy (blorp.space)

In short

blorp.space has no accounts, no ads and no cookies; nobody is tracked. All the tools' calculations run in your browser; the values you enter are not sent to the server. Only an anonymous visit statistic is kept to improve the site (see below).

Visit statistics

When you leave a page, the following is sent to the site's own server: which page (address), how many seconds the page was open and visible, the browser language (e.g. “tr”), whether the screen is wide or narrow, the name of the site you came from if you arrived from another site, and a random session number. The session number is kept in your browser tab (sessionStorage) and is deleted when you close the tab; it cannot be used to recognise you on another day. Your IP address, browser details and the values you enter are not stored. The data are not shared with any third party and are deleted after 13 months.

What is stored in your browser

Only your own settings: the sections on the home page and their order, the tools you have starred, the language and the unit system. These are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are not sent anywhere; you can remove them by clearing your browser data. No cookies are used.

Feedback

If you choose to send a report with “Report a problem or suggest an idea”, your text, your optional e-mail address and the inputs and results on that page are sent over an encrypted connection to the tolya.com.tr server, and from there by e-mail to the developer. They are used only to fix the problem or to reply to you.

Support payments

If you make a support payment, the payment is processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico. Your card details are not passed on to the seller and are not stored by the seller. The seller keeps the name, surname, e-mail, amount and date to issue the invoice and to meet legal retention obligations. Optional support payments in the app are made entirely through Google Play.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Hostinger servers; the server may keep standard access logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and operating purposes.
