Delivery and refund terms

Blorp is a free engineering calculation and learning tool. All tools are open to everyone free of charge; making a payment does not unlock any feature. A payment made on this site is a voluntary support payment that the user makes of their own accord and in an amount they choose themselves (digital service). No physical product is sent in return.

Refund

If you made your support payment by mistake or have changed your mind, simply write to info@tolya.com.tr with the subject “Blorp iade” (Blorp refund) within 14 days of the payment date; no reason will be asked. If possible, include the payment date, the amount and the e-mail address you used for the payment.

The refund is made to the card used for the payment within 14 days at the latest. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Cancellation

No amount is charged to your card for an incomplete or failed payment. If you believe your card was charged but the transaction was not completed, write to the same address.

Delivery

This is a digital support payment; there is no physical product and no shipping. The service is deemed performed as soon as the payment is confirmed, and your invoice is sent to your e-mail address.
